Marguerite cutter has been conceived to cut and bake puff pastry, leavened dough and shortcrust pastry directly in the mould. Marguerite guarantees a perfect baking till 356°F thanks to T-Plus innovative material. Marguerite is composed of 2 cutters which combined together provide an extraordinary tridimensional effect and a unique design. It is recommended to spread the dough at 2,5 mm thickness and to use it at 23°F.
