Jr Pillow, created as a modern version of the classic log, can surprise with original inserts which gives an amazing effect when cutting. Thanks to its versatility, Jr Pillow is suitable for semifreddos, ice cream cakes and baked preparations. The mould, resistant to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F), can also be used as an insert for Silikomart Professional mould Mr Pillow.
