Silikomart Professional has been choosen by the Argentinian team in order to design the kit used to make the gelato cake at Gelato World Cup 2016.
The Kit Diamond Crown is composed by 3 elements: one silicone mould to make a portionable preparation (2000 ml volume), one silicone insert to make a dessert with a unique effect when cut and one functioning plastic cutter to make original inserts or sponge cake and brittle bases.
